MASON S. STANDLEY
Mason has more than 30 years of practice experience. He is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Tax Law and Estate Planning and Probate Law. He works with a wide array of clients in estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, tax controversies, tax planning, real estate and business entity planning, buy-sell planning, acquisitions, mergers, sales, succession transfers by gifts and charitable planning, foundations, like-kind exchanges, franchisee representation and disputes involving beneficiaries and fiduciary matters. He has been involved in many notable transactions and cases.
